How much does shipping cost?

Austria:

Shipping is free for orders amounting to 50.00 EUR or more.

Germany:
6.50 EUR (incl. VAT)
Shipping is free for orders amounting to 50.00 EUR or more.

France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Slovakia:
12.80 EUR (incl. VAT)
Shipping is free for orders amounting to 50.00 EUR or more.

Norway, San Marino, Albania, Serbia, Andorra, Bosnia, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Montenegro, Ukraine:
19.80 EUR (incl. VAT)
Shipping is free for orders amounting to 100.00 EUR or more.

All other European (EU and Non-EU countries):
16.30 EUR (incl. VAT)
Shipping is free for orders amounting to 100.00 EUR or more.

Switzerland:
72.00 EUR (incl. VAT)

Is my package insured?
Yes – Your shipment is insured for up to 520.00 EUR!

What payment options are offered?
If you are ordering from an address in Austria, you also have the option of paying via invoice, in addition to the standard options of prepayment, credit card or instant transfer.

How long will it take for the products to be delivered to you?
We process orders within one working day. If you place your order by 12:00 noon, it will be shipped that very same day. Our delivery partners are DPD and the Austrian Postal Service. Please understand that our standard delivery time (2-5 business days) can be somewhat prolonged in some cases (e.g. holidays, weekends), as well as due to our dependency upon the country of delivery.
